(Registration No. 201801034960) (“Sari Data,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including saridata.com and cimcalc.com (collectively, the “Websites”). By accessing or using the Websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing the Websites, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Websites.

The Websites are provided for informational purposes about Sari Data’s products and services. You agree to use the Websites only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

“Sari Data,” “CIMCalc,” “SafeAI,” “DocScreen,” and the Sari Data hexagonal cube logo are trademarks of Sari Data Sdn. Bhd.

“Acquro” is a trademark of Acquro LLC.

No licence or right is granted to you by implication or otherwise to use any trademark displayed on the Websites without written permission.

4. Product Terms

Use of Sari Data’s products (CIMCalc, SafeAI, DocScreen) is governed by separate product licence agreements and, where applicable, non-disclosure agreements. These Terms of Use govern only your use of the Websites, not the products themselves.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Websites and their content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Sari Data does not warrant that the Websites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Sari Data shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Websites, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

7. Third-Party Links

The Websites may contain links to third-party websites, including acquro.com, tally.so, and others. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
