IACalc was built by Ariffin Yahaya — PhD Computer Science (Economics), UC Irvine. Former Chief Architect at Yahoo, Senior Distinguished Architect at Autodesk. Two decades in billion-dollar platform architecture. 30+ M&A technical due diligences across $2B+ in deal value.

The pattern was always the same: weeks of extraction, models nobody could reproduce, different banks reaching different conclusions from the same document — not because they disagreed on the thesis, but because they started from different numbers.

Screening should be deterministic. Same document, same thesis, same thresholds, same verdict. That's what IACalc does.

Why Sari Data Exists

Sari Data builds enterprise AI products for regulated industries. Where Acquro provides consulting and advisory services, Sari Data creates the products — purpose-built systems that institutional clients can deploy inside their own environments.

The name “Sari” comes from the Malay and Indonesian word for essence — that which has been distilled to its purest form. It captures what we do: extract the essential knowledge buried in complex data, and deliver it in a form that is structured, verifiable, and actionable.
